Alongside significant speed improvements to Planner, this month we made it easier than ever to manage users, billing, subscriptions, and more, all from inside Aphex.

And yes… these are only the things we can talk about… 🤫

Admin App: Users Page

Managing users at an Organisation level used to be tricky, especially for larger teams. Now it’s simple:

• New User Counts: See the total number of users in your Org, broken down by Org Admins, Analysts, Standard Members, and Limited Members
• New User Statuses: Four statuses make managing users a breeze:
  • Active → enrolled users with a role on a Project
  • Pending → non-enrolled users invited to Org or Project
  • Inactive → enrolled users without a project role
  • Deactivated → manually removed users
• Last Login Date: Know exactly when each user last logged into Aphex

Admin App: Billing Page

Billing is clearer, fairer, and easier to manage than ever:

• New Billing Rules: Only Active users are counted toward your billed seat total. Pending, Inactive, and Deactivated users are excluded — saving you the headache of manual calculations
• New Billing Table: See upcoming charges and total billed users at a glance

Speed Improvements

Planner is now faster, even as projects scale:

• Project Load Times: Significant behind-the-scenes tweaks mean large projects load quickly, no matter how much data is involved
• Although these updates are invisible, they’re powerful - many of you have already noticed the difference 🥳

Job Titles

We’ve simplified enrolment and made job titles more relevant:

• Refined Job Titles: We reduced 40+ options down to five broader categories:
  • Site Engineer or Foreman
  • Project Engineer
  • Planner
  • Manager
  • Other
• Older titles have been migrated to the new options, so you can review or update yours anytime here.
